Henrik Honkaniemi

Henrik joined Unison Energy in 2024 after leading the sale of Unison Energy to Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Henrik has a background in private equity, project finance and infrastructure investments. Henrik has expertise in leading M&A transactions and structuring project funding solutions tailored to meet the individual circumstances of the project and its investors

Prior to his current position Henrik has worked on project finance and M&A transactions in various organizations including a private equity infrastructure fund manager, a family investment office, and a global infrastructure developer in the UK and the US. Henrik is a CFA Charter holder and has a M.Sc. in engineering from Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University).
