Randy Rasmussen

Randy joined Unison Energy in May of 2024 as our Senior Director of Financial Systems and Controller, after working in the Accounting / Finance market for over 20 years in the position of Chief Financial Officer or Controller with private equity backed companies including Teneo (NYC), Kaseya (NYC/Miami/DC), Exactera (NYC), Known (NYC) and Ancera (CT). Randy has led or been on the deal team for over $250M in growth equity financing investments with private equity and venture capital firms including but not limited to Insight Venture Partners, RRE Ventures, BC Partners, and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. In the last 12 years, Randy has also overseen successful initial implementations of SalesForce, NetSuite, Concur, Expensify, and Carta as well several NetSuite remediations.

Randy has a CPA from the state of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BSBA with majors in accounting and finance from Creighton University.
