Adam Nogiec

Adam has worked in distributed generation since 2007, joining Unison Energy in 2016. With broad experience in the industry, he leads the execution of Unison’s microgrid projects from concept to commercial operation.

The EPC team is responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of resilient, efficient and dispatchable microgrids featuring reciprocating engine, combustion gas turbine & steam turbine generators paired with thermal solutions, like heat recovery steam generators, package boilers and absorption chillers. The team is also responsible for permitting the projects with local authorities having jurisdiction and utility providers. Prior to Unison Adam held roles of increasing responsibility including product & project development, operations & maintenance and EPC management for a major fuel cell manufacturer.

He holds an MS in mechanical engineering and a graduate certificate in power engineering from the University of Connecticut.
