Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 23, 2026 | Last Updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.unisonenergy.com and any related pages we operate (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Unison Energy, LLC (“Unison Energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://unisonenergy.com/privacy-policy/, explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and is part of these Terms.
1. About the Website
Unison Energy develops and operates onsite combined heat and power (CHP) and microgrid systems for energy-intensive and mission-critical facilities. The Website provides general information about our company, our services, and the industries we serve. You do not need to create an account, register, or become a member to use the Website, and the Website does not offer user accounts or memberships.
2. Informational Use Only; No Offer or Agreement
Content on the Website, including descriptions of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), CHP, microgrids, case studies, performance figures, and cost or efficiency information, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not an offer, a quote, a proposal, a guarantee, or professional engineering, financial, tax, or legal advice.
Results described on the Website reflect specific projects and conditions. Actual cost savings, efficiency, reliability, uptime, emissions, and capacity depend on site-specific factors, including facility load profiles, utility rates, fuel availability, and system design, and will vary. Unison Energy does not provide any commitment to a customer unless and until the parties sign a definitive written agreement, such as an Energy Services Agreement. Submitting a form, sending an email, or speaking with our team does not create a contract or any obligation for either party.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Website for lawful, business, and personal informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our servers, or any connected systems or networks.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s contact information through any form on the Website.
- Impersonate Unison Energy or any other person or organization.
4. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, videos, downloadable materials, and design, are owned by or licensed to Unison Energy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Unison Energy” and our logos are trademarks of Unison Energy, LLC.
You may view the Website and download or print individual pages or materials for your own internal, non-commercial business use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from Website content, or use our name or logos, without our prior written permission.
5. Information You Submit
When you contact us or submit information through the Website, such as through a contact form, a newsletter or blog sign-up, a request for a case study or other resource, or a request for an energy assessment, you agree to provide accurate information. We use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Website. 6. Third-Party Links and Content
The Website may link to websites, resources, or content provided by third parties, such as customers, partners, publications, or social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the third party or its content. You access third-party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unison Energy and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. They do not limit or modify the terms of any separate written agreement between you and Unison Energy.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unison Energy and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal action relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to the Website and These Terms
We may update the Website or these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
