Al Dahya

Al Dahya joined Unison Energy as Chief Financial Officer in 2026. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the energy sector, helping companies innovate, scale, and secure growth capital.

Most recently, Al served as Director of Operations at Breakthrough Energy, supporting its portfolio of innovative energy companies. Prior to Breakthrough Energy, Al served as CFO and Chief Corporate Development Officer at SOURCE Global, where he led finance and capital formation activities to support the company’s growth and technology deployment. Previously, he held several leadership roles at SunEdison, supporting its global expansion and later managing the sale of TerraForm Global, a publicly traded renewable energy yieldco with more than 900 MW of assets.

Al holds a BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
