Jennifer Derba

Jennifer leads the Unison accounting and human resource departments, bringing over 15 years experience in tax, audit, financial statements, as well as multiple HR initiatives including a 401K plan and insurance.

Prior to joining Unison Energy, Jennifer acted as Senior Accountant/Auditor for CohnReznick where she participated in budgeting, risk assessment, planning (i.e. the design and tailoring of audit and internal control procedures), execution and review of audits of employee benefit plans, and entities engaged in healthcare, agricultural commodities, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, not-for-profit organizations (OMB circular A-133), and the operation of commercial real estate (including REITs). Jennifer holds a BS in accounting and is active on multiple community boards.
