Mariko McDonagh Meier

Mariko McDonagh Meier joined Unison Energy as Chief Executive Officer in 2025.

Mariko most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Convergent Energy and Power, a developer of distributed storage and solar projects across North America.  At Convergent, Mariko managed the teams responsible for all go-to-market activities (sales, marketing, communications, product, market development, and regulatory affairs) and the teams responsible for deal conversion to NTP (development, pre-construction and interconnection engineering).

Mariko has worked in the energy space for over 20 years, including at Enel X (formerly EnerNOC), Southern California Edison, and McKinsey and Company.  Mariko holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
