Jim Henry retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (PwC) with 37 years of financial accounting and consulting experience. At PwC, he held numerous client and leadership roles, including Vice Chair, Chief Investments Officer, Global Healthcare Leader, and San Francisco Managing Partner. Jim also serves as an Independent Director for Lawrence Livermore National Security LLC, Spindletop Pain Management Holdings and Crytica Security. He earned a BA in business administration in accounting from San Diego State University, and is a CPA and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
